LEMON BALM (Melissa officinalis) Lemon balm has a soothing plant. It promotes digestion and triggers tension and muscle cramps. The plant also brings relief to severe mare problems in mares, relaxing the hips. Lemon balm is also used externally in treatment waters to expel spores and itch the skin.
