Question 1. I lost my return form - what now?


Once logged in, you can print the return form from the Return Form tab. You can't return products without a return form
This return address is pre-paid, so you do not have to pay postage when returning products. You simply drop off your parcel at the nearest post office and quote our return reference number, which you can find on the return form or by asking our customer service

Question 2. The product I want is out of my size - will there be more?


We will replenish products where applicable, provided they are still available from the factory and not a discontinued product. Seasonal colours are products that generally come into stock once and are sold until they run out - and are not available from the factory. We always try to keep horse feed in stock. However, occasionally freight shipments are delayed or product sales are misjudged, in which case restocking usually takes place within 2 weeks - usually sooner.

Question 3. Have you received my return?


It takes between 2 and 14 days for customer returns to arrive at the post office, which naturally affects the processing time. Once received, returns are usually processed immediately, but within a week at the latest. If you remember that you have forgotten to fill in all the sections of the form after sending the return, you can send the missing information using the contact form
If you ordered from Walley and have not yet paid the invoice, we will deduct the products from the invoice and there is no need to quote your account number.
