Question 1. I lost the return form - what now?


After logging in, the return form can be printed from the Return form tab. Products cannot be returned without a return form. 
If you need more information about returns, please contact our customer service or check the right to return -page from the footer.

Question 2. My size is out of the product I want - will there be more?


We restock the products in case it is not discontinued product or the product is still available from the manufacturer. Seasonal colors are products that usually come into stock once and when they are sold out they can't be restocked anymore. We try to keep horse feed always available in stock. Sometimes, however, freight transports are delayed or product sales are estimated, which usually takes 2 weeks on average.


Question 3. Have you received my return?


It takes approximately 10 days for customer return shipments to be delivered back to us, which naturally affects the processing time of the return. As a rule, after the returns reach us, they are processed immediately, but within a week at the latest. This requires that the return form is filled out correctly. If you forgot to fill in all the sections of the form, you can send the missing information using the contact form.
