GlyxWiese® BIO Meadow Mix combines the best qualities of organic meadow grass, green oats, alfalfa and asparagus. The special feature of organic meadow grass is that it contains a wide variety of organically grown grasses and herbs. Together with green oats, alfalfa and sainfoin, it provides an easily digestible fibre mix that has a positive effect on the horse's gut microbiota. In addition, GlyxWiese® BIO Meadow Mix is rich in vital nutrients such as protein and minerals. Meadow Mix is a chopped product with a texture that can provide more volume to the horse's concentrate feed, increasing chewing time and salivation.

Harvesting and drying are carried out in a gentle way and the whole production is based on sustainable development. The gentle drying process of the forage means low energy consumption in the drying process. The energy comes from the company's own local forests in the form of wood chips.
Large areas of land are rotated, so the raw materials used in GlyxWiese® BIO products contribute to both biodiversity and soil health. Carefully planned crop rotation greatly benefits both plant growth and the micro-organisms in the soil and air. Flowering legumes such as alfalfa, sainfoin and serradella provide an attractive nectar source for butterflies, bees and other insects, while their roots contribute to soil health by fixing nitrogen from the air and making it available to other plants in the field.
