Nordic Sport Lite contains all the nutrients necessary for a hard-working horse, including specially adapted vitamins and minerals. Nordic Sport Lite was developed in collaboration with researchers and has been tested on a large number of hardworking sport horses. The feed has demonstrated positive effects in optimizing horse performance and recovery.

All of Nordic Sport Lite’s carefully selected ingredients ensure the maintenance of carbohydrate stores and the release of energy to the muscles during both short, intense work and longer periods of activity. Nordic Sport Lite provides continuous, steady energy that ensures long-lasting endurance in the form of many very long-chain fibers that do not significantly affect blood sugar
Essential proteins
At the same time, Nordic Sport Lite contains readily available proteins that ensure a continuous supply of numerous amino acids, which support the reconstruction and maintenance of active muscles. Proteins are the body’s most important building blocks. This also applies to a horse’s muscle cells. Stressed muscles need proteins and amino acids to restore proper structure, rebuild after damage, and prevent muscle tissue breakdown. Nordic Sport Lite contains easily digestible proteins with a complete amino acid profile, ensuring that even hard-working horses have the best conditions for healthy, well-functioning muscles. The product’s protein content is formulated so that the horse expends as little energy as possible on protein breakdown and storage, minimizing the strain on the horse’s organs.
Vitamins and Minerals
The vitamins and minerals in the product are balanced to suit active horses, and the high content of vitamin E is ensured, among other things, to reflect the increased needs of horses during hard work. Vitamin E helps the horse maintain healthy muscle function as waste products (e.g., lactic acid) and, together with increased lysine, factors that can limit the efficiency and performance of high-performance horses through their feed have been taken into account.

Nordic Sport Lite’s ingredients are carefully selected and processed as little as possible. Everything is 100% RawFood, which means that no ingredient is heated above 42 degrees Celsius. Heating alters the chemical composition of the raw materials and thus reduces their nutritional value.
