Green hay pellets are made from dried and chopped grass. The product does not contain alfalfa.
Green pellets contain a lot of fiber and contain less protein than, for example, alfalfa pellets. The nutrient content of grass pellets varies depending on the type of grass and the crop.
A good addition to the horse's daily feeding.
Feeding instructions:
Pellets are swollen in water before feeding.
1 kg of pellets is equivalent to 1 kg of normal hay and they can be used to replace hay feeding in, for example, old horses with bad teeth.
Pellets can also be used to improve the horse's drinking by soaking 1-2 dl of pellets in a bucket of water. Fluid refueling can be improved by adding a little salt.
