Nordic Horse Slowfeeder hay net is particularly strong and high quality. The net can hold 9-12 kg of hay. This hay net is available in two different mesh sizes, this one with the largest stitches 4,5x4,5cm. The hay net has a very high breaking strength (350 kg) and is 100% Oeko-Tex quality. The horse feeds slowly and for long periods in the wild, so the small mesh hay net encourages natural eating and behaviour that mimics natural grazing. With a small-mesh haynet, the horse eats smaller amounts for longer periods of time, minimising damage to the digestive tract and preventing the horse from going without hay for long periods of time. Small stitches:2x2cm, string thickness 3mm ( holes are 1,5x1,5cm)

Medium stitches:3 x 3 cm stitches, cord thickness 4mm (holes are 2,5x2,5 cm)

Large stitches:4,5 x 4,5 cm stitches, cord thickness 5mm (holes are 4x4 cm)
