Electrolytes are a necessary supplement for some horses if the horse is giving or sweating more than usual. Electrolytes are minerals that pass in urine, faeces, exhaled breath and especially sweat, and are all substances needed for optimal performance. A lack of electrolytes means, among other things, impaired muscle and nerve function. The excretion of waste products is also significantly reduced due to electrolyte deficiency.

Nordic Electrolyte Sticks differ from other similar products on the market because the electrolytes are bound in natural fibres. This means that the salts are released slowly and are used by the horse when the fibres break down. This has a minimal effect on the fluid balance in the intestine, while ensuring optimal utilisation of the electrolytes. Nordic Electrolyte Sticks are therefore a good choice for horses with sensitive digestion or horses with problems with the stomach lining.

Feeding instructions:
