The ingredients contained in anise help to maintain the normal functioning of the respiratory system and clean the airways of excess or substances that hinder breathing. Anise helps maintain normal digestion and reduces the accumulation of intestinal gases.

A plant with a good taste, which also increases the palatability of feed. It is therefore perfectly suitable for picky horses or for improving the palatability of feed.

Anise is an estrogenic plant and increases the milk secretion of a lactating mare.

Dosage for a horse of 500 kg:
1 tablespoon / day.
1 tablespoon = 8 g.

The active ingredients of anise seed are: volatile oils (trans-anethole), fatty acids (palmitic and oleic acid), eugenol, estragole, methylcavicol, anisaldehyde, coumarins, scopoletin, umbelliferone, estrols, terpene hydrocarbon, polyenes and polyacetylenes, para-anisaldehyde and methylcavicol.
