    Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) Valerian is an old strong plant that has long been used to relieve insomnia and nervousness. The plant soothes and relaxes. In addition, it releases muscle spasms, relieves stomach and abdominal discomfort, and supports resistance. The sedative valerian is suitable for calming down various neurological conditions given 3-4 days before the nervous situation. May make the horse tired and affect performance. Dosage: 15 g / day (1dl = approx. 40g) mixed with feed. The effect can also be externally exacerbated just prior to the nervous situation by applying a pinch mixed with oil to the nasal mucosa.
