Horse pasture has many functions. It is an important source of food for the horse, as well as a place for running escape. AGROBS® has selected the right hay and herbs for its seed mixtures to meet these important needs.
Many pastures are efficiently grazed. This can result in extensive trampling damage and deterioration of the forage base in some places. In addition, unwanted and difficult to eradicate weeds such as ragweed, thistle or buttercup may appear. Therefore, pastures need to be regularly maintained and repaired to ensure that horses are well fed. This includes regular re-seeding, especially of gaps or areas that are very bare.
