Olli Protector 11 keeps even the most greedy and stubborn animals on the right side of the fence!

The Protector is the most powerful Olli family shepherd ever: the ultra-powerful 11 J stroke is more than twice as powerful as the next most powerful Olli shepherd. As well as being super powerful, the Olli Protector 11 is also a modern smart shepherd: it constantly monitors the condition of the fence and adjusts its power output as the need changes, for example according to the length of the fence, the amount of grass or other vegetation growing on the fence, etc.

The Protector has enough power to electrify a very large fence. It also has a separate 0.5 J output (yellow button) for electrifying a separate fence, such as a small infirmary or a yard fence. The Protector is ideal for long enclosures (e.g. forestry enclosures), for fencing horses and various farm animals, and for keeping wild animals out.

Olli Protector 11: safe efficiency
Protector is a shepherd in accordance with European standard EN 60335-2-76/A12:2010. This allows it to deliver up to 11 joules of energy to a long, vegetation-laden fence, while an animal or human touching the fence can receive a maximum shock of 5 joules. When the energy demand increases, for example due to grass growth, the shepherd will only increase its output after a 60 second delay. If a fence in good condition suddenly deteriorates, for example when a tree, animal or person falls on it, the release from the fence is facilitated by limiting the force of the blow, reducing the pulse rate and sounding an alarm for 10 minutes.

The alarm function can be deactivated with a push button, allowing the shepherd to limit the shock to a maximum of 5 joules in all conditions.

A clear and versatile display provides real-time information on the condition of the fence: the shepherd alerts you to sudden failures with an indicator light and beep, displays the fence voltage and indicates with a BOOST light whether the fence is currently receiving more than 5 joules of shock.

Tip! Inadequate grounding is the most common cause of low fence performance. By building a proper and adequate grounding system from the beginning, you will already avoid many of the problems associated with low fence performance. Read more about proper grounding >

Olli shepherds manufactured in Finland can be serviced at our factory service point and at authorised Olli service shops throughout Finland.
