What it does
Our Half Pad absorbs shocks and balances them evenly. This not only relieves the horse, but also the rider's back. This makes the pad perfect for any sport. The pad is also suitable for normal training as it constantly balances the pressure on the horse's back. This is beneficial during riding, as the horse can move more freely. In the long term, this promotes a flexible and mobile horse. It also absorbs shocks from the rider, which stabilises the saddle and is an ergonomic advantage for both rider and horse.

How it works
The saddle pad is made of memory foam and 3D foam. The combination of these materials forms a shock absorbing cushion. The memory foam evenly distributes pressure and continuously adapts to the shape of the horse. The 3D padding ensures that the back is ventilated thanks to its air-permeable properties. Using these materials, we created a semi-cushion that is 20-30% lighter than most other cushions on the market. Not only is the padding lighter than others, it also makes you feel closer to your horse and improves communication between you and your horse.

What's inside
Kentucky Horsewear used memory foam, a material known for its use in the military and as protective gear. We developed a semi-cushion that protects your horse in the same way. 3D foam is a 3D cellular structure with a cushioning effect and shock-absorbing performance. The material is highly breathable and ensures that your horse's back does not get hot. This reduces irritation on the horse's back.

The saddle flap is made of synthetic leather and provides comfort by reducing pressure on the horse's back. To ensure the position of the semi-padded padding, the padding is equipped with a silicone pattern. The half-barrel shock absorber is finished with artificial sheepskin on the withers and back. This gives the cushion an elegant look.
