TheMesh Fly Rug Comfort is the perfect choice for sensitive horses that need extra protection from insects. The Fly Rug is equipped with a unique Comfort support that relieves pressure from ruffles and snaffles - especially comfortable when grazing. For added comfort and protection, a removable collar is included.

Materials and features
Made from a dense and strong mesh fabric that keeps most insects at bay. The material is highly durable and is ideal for daily use in the pasture for many summers. The inner surface is smooth and soft, which prevents hairs from sticking and abrasions. The light colour reflects the sun's rays rather than trapping heat, and the fine mesh allows air to pass through easily. The brush, chest and tail areas are lined with smooth polyester to prevent abrasion.

Shape and sizing
The halter is anatomically shaped and stays in place well even when the horse rolls on the ground. The front fastening is an easy-to-use comfort buckle that does not cause pressure. It also has a belly flap that closes with a Velcro fastening and three straight belly straps. The belly flap provides good protection against insects from the sides. The slightly longer than normal tail flap is fitted with an elastic band that keeps the tail close to the loin and provides additional protection. The collar is reinforced on both sides with a sturdy strip to prevent it from running down without putting pressure on the brush.

Care instructions
The loincloth can be machine washed at 30 degrees. We recommend drying the warp outdoors in the air - tumble drying is not recommended
