ReVital Cubes
A grain-free specialty feed for horses and ponies that require a diet low in starch and sugar.
Eggersmann ReVital Cubes have been developed for horses whose diets need to avoid grains and limit starch and sugar intake. It is particularly suitable for horses and ponies whose metabolism is sensitive to high levels of grain-based carbohydrates.
A high intake of starch and sugar—for example, from oats, barley, corn, or spelt—can place a strain on the metabolism. ReVital Cubes contain no grains or grain-based ingredients, so their formulation helps reduce the carbohydrate load in the diet.
High-quality, high-fat, and easily digestible rice bran is used as the feed’s energy source. The energy derived from rice bran places less strain on the metabolism than the starch found in grains. Thanks to its high digestibility, the required amount of energy can be achieved with a relatively small feed ration.
High-quality fats support the horse’s energy metabolism and the utilization of the body’s own fat reserves. A balanced composition of vitamins, minerals, and trace elements helps meet daily nutritional needs.
ReVital Cubes also contain a special blend of herbs that supports digestion and normal metabolic function.

Feeding Recommendation
Serve with high-quality hay, preferably late-harvested, low-sugar hay.
Ponies and small horses: approximately 500–800 g per day.
Large horses: up to about 1 kg per day.
Large horses in competition or rehabilitation: up to approximately 1.5 kg per day, depending on energy requirements.
With smaller feed amounts, it is recommended to supplement mineral intake with Golden Mineral DK mineral feed.
In some cases, the diet of a horse suffering from Cushing’s syndrome can be supplemented with oil, such as milk thistle oil. However, before adding oil, you should consult with a veterinarian or nutritionist to rule out possible insulin resistance.
