Zinc & Copper (3kg) Nordic

Pelleted supplement for horses lacking zinc and copper in their diet.

Nordic Zinc & Copper consists of high quality raw materials that quickly and effectively help horses suffering from zinc and copper deficiency. The supplement is also particularly useful for balancing feed for horses with an imbalance in the ratio of iron, copper, zinc and manganese. The recommended ratio is: 4:1:3:3 (iron:copper:zinc:manganese).

Composition :
Asparagus, Rosehip, Flaxseed, Brewer's yeast

Usage:
- for zinc/copper deficiency in feed.
- As a substitute for iron and/or manganese rich cattle feeds.

Zinc and copper deficiencies are affected:
- immune system (deficiency often occurs in a weakened immune system)
- hoofs (deficiency is often manifested by hoof problems and/or radius weakness)
- Skin (deficiency often manifests itself as skin problems; kurarupena)
- coat (deficiency causes the coat to lose its shine or become bleached)
- Energy metabolism (important for horses that need to gain weight)
- Nervous system (deficiency, poor stress tolerance is often noticeable)
- Connective tissue formation (helps maintain normal connective tissue)
- Muscle building (activates certain proteins to build muscle)

5 - 10 g per 100 kg horse
